Summary:
I work to develop and implement social media and marketing strategies that align with our business goals and objectives. I create and manage engaging content across various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn and utilize social media metrics to track and report on the success of our campaigns.
Problem:
Farmstead Cheeses & Wines had never utilized social media before when I began this project. They did not have any standard operation procedures or even a job description for the role. They desperately needed a way to speak directly to their audience, and show them fun and interesting ways to use the products.
Solution:
I implemented standard operating procedures for the role, as well as a full job description. The next step was to utilize my experience in data and trend analysis to discover more information on our customers. I completed a few personas, as well as dug deep into the data to see who frequents the business and why. This helped figure out which platforms to focus on as well as the types of content I would create. Currently, I work to create engaging content and innovative marketing campaigns that promote engagement and sales.
